From January 1st, Kovalent AB and Skandinaviska Genetec AB become one: Novalent AB. After 30 years of collaboration, we are officially merging to strengthen our position for the future.

Kovalent AB, founded in 1992, and Skandinaviska Genetec AB, founded in 1973, are pleased to announce their strategic merger, effective January 1, 2025. NOVALENT AB will unite the strengths of both organizations, enhancing our offerings and enabling even better and more comprehensive solutions for our customers.

preparation and chemical analysis techniques. Our core areas are GC (Agilent), GCMS (Agilent), HPLC (Jasco), Sample Preparation - Acid Digestion Extraction, Ashing and Synthesis (Milestone) and Evaporation, (Genevac), Elemental Combustion Analyzers (TE Instruments). We have extensive experience in HPLC and we represent one of the leading manufacturers, Japanese Jasco. They also offer a spectroscope line including - UV-Vis, FTIR, Raman, Circular Dichroism, Spectrofluorometers, Polarimeters plus SFC and SFE. Our sister company

The product portfolio consists of chromatography accessories such as columns for HPLC, UHPLC, SPE, and GC. This category also includes vials, caps, solvents, and spare parts for pumps and valves.
We also offer a wide range of fluidics components, such as fittings, valves, and tubing.
Within the sample preparation category, we provide an extensive selection of syringes and dilution equipment from the manufacturer Hamilton.
Another product area we specialize in is equipment and consumables for reliable and efficient water analysis.

  • New Company Name: Starting from January 1, 2025, we will operate under the name Novalent AB.
  • New Organization Number: Our new organization number will be 556142-9829.
  • New Invoices and Contracts: All new invoices and contracts will be issued under Novalent AB starting January 1st, 2025. Existing contracts will remain valid, and no action is required on your part.
